All staff are certified food handlers and are current on all Maricopa County Food Handling regulations A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a date with JC’s Catering 40% of the total contract price is due at time of contract signing. Any prior deposits will be applied to the initial contract deposit. The remaining contract balance is due 14 days prior to event. Refunds or cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are made at JC’s Catering’s sole discretion. Customer understands and agrees that they will forfeit all monies paid and will be responsible for any remaining balance due for any cancellations received with less than 14 days notice. All cancellations must be received in writing prior to 14 days of event. Payment is accepted by check, cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee An 18% gratuity charge will be applied to all food and beverage services.
