Thank you for the delicious food you brought for our retreat today. The board enjoyed it very much and complimented me (meaning YOU!) on having such nice choices. The president went crazy for the candied pecans, and I thought the dressing for the spinach-strawberry salad was lovely. (I’m not really a dressing person, but it was very tasty.)

P.S. Great chocolate chip cookies. I had to practically wrestle them away from our president, who is really a cookie lover. 😉

Just wanted to thank you and Mark for catering our event last night! The food was DELICIOUS! It’s so common to have dry, tough chicken from caterers and the chicken was moist and flavorful. Oh and the pot roast was delectable, really. Thanks again – I hope you and Mark have a wonderful Christmas!

I chose JC’s Catering for my magazine release party and I got to say, the food was the life of the party! After searching for months for the perfect catering place that would offer the kind of food I wanted (home-style – comfort food basically) at a price that wasn’t going to break the bank, I found JC’s Catering and I couldn’t have been happier! Talking to Mark was easy and he made me feel really relaxed and comforted about my food. All in all, he really helped make my party a success and I am so thankful for him and his employees. The food was divine, everything from the fruit to the coleslaw to the olives were so good. The pulled pork sliders were amazing and are probably my favorite dish! I highly recommend JC’s, they’re an incredible catering company with superb customer service and jaw-droppingly good prices! Thanks again and keep up the great work!

I loved working with JC’s Catering! From the initial meeting, all the way up to the day of my wedding, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the presentation was amazing. Especially the drink station they set up, it was gorgeous! They were even willing to have an emergency meeting with us late the night before my wedding day, so that my father in law could add A LOT more food to our menu, incredibly last minute! They were nice, professional and very accommodating. Thank you so much Mark and Colette. JC’s Catering made it possible for everyone to enjoy each other and have a wonderful time. Thank you for helping me make my wedding day a huge success!
